The 1kg Single Pouch is built around the same medium-grain Sunwhite Calrose that fills our larger sacks — just sized for everyday convenience. Each pouch is air-purged and date-stamped at the Erbil packing line, then routed through our cold-store before it hits the retail shelf.
The grain is uniform in length and colour, with broken grains pulled before bagging. It cooks plump, holds its shape under a long simmer, and breathes under steam — the same grain restaurants and event halls use, in a pantry-friendly size.
